For me I can't wait to see X-men origins : Wolverine (from the trailer looks very promising) and Harry Potter 6 : the half blood prince

Could be interesting, wasn't expecting much from it, looks ok from the trailer.
As for me, probably Harry Potter 6. Just love fantasy movies, and HP and LOTR are the best.

I forgot all about Transformers 2, yea definitely cannot wait for it, I read on Dark Horizons the movie features about 40 robots and masses of military tanks, planes etc.

Watchmen still has some trial case in court doesn't it between 2 producers? which mean it could be delayed or something.

Yes you're right about this and a federal judge(Judge Feess ), having ruled that 20th Century Fox has distribution rights to Watchmen, said he was inclined to decide after a hearing scheduled for Jan. 20 whether the release of the film should be blocked.
I hope they reach a settlement or something and release it as scheduled

Just found a new bit of information regarding the case.

Quote

Warner Bros. Pictures has asked for the decision regarding the injunction against "Watchmen" to be moved up according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Fox and Warner Bros. had agreed to let Judge Gary A. Feess decide whether to issue an injunction at a meeting on January 20th, but Warners wants the hearing be moved up to as early as Monday due to critical timing in regards to the film's marketing.

Feess made a preliminary ruling on Christmas Eve that producer Lawrence Gordon failed to acquire Fox's entire interest in Watchmen, thereby leaving Fox with distribution rights under a 1994 turnaround agreement.

If the injunction is granted, Warners would be barred from releasing the film though it likely would appeal immediately. Feess has encouraged the parties to settle the dispute.
