It's really difficult to chose but I guess the healing powers of wolverine will be awesome though I won't mind professor-x mind control ability

Well put it this way it wouldn't be Mystique, horrible visions of Carmen Electra come to mind in Epic Movie :P
But probably Katherine (Shadowcat) Pryde, she is a mutant with the ability to pass through solid matter by altering the vibratory rates of her atoms.

I'd like to be Havok, shooting plasma/cosmic energy or whatever he shoots would be awesome, not the most powerful but sure would be fun. Jean Grey would be a close second though, telekinesis and telepathy, pure awesomeness.
