YOU MUST HAVE STEAM INSTALLED
Okay, so here is what the NFO tells you:

And that essentially is all you have to do... but for people who are used to RELOADED's releases, here it is in some detail.
Extract the RARs. It will make a folder called rforce-warhammer-dow2
Go two folders deep. You will see "Crack" and "DoW2". Open Crack.
**Make a folder where you would like the game installed to, call it "game" (rename it later) - probably in your program files.
RIGHT CLICK on the INSTALL_DOW2 file and edit it. There are two lines needing edited.
The first line reads: set SRC="D:\Downloads\DoW2\Dawn of War II_disk1.sim" Highlight D:\Downloads\DoW2 and paste in your directory that you unzipped with the actual game files in it, named DoW2. Mine looks like this
set SRC="E:\Users\Seth\Desktop\Torrents\Warhammer_40000_Dawn_of_War_2-rFORCE\rforce-warhammer-dow2\Down\Game\DoW2\Dawn of War II_disk1.sim"MAKE SURE YOU ADD THE Dawn of War II_disk1.sim at the end.
The scond line reads: set DST="c:\DoW2". This is the destination folder that we made called "game". Mine reads
set DST="C:\Program Files (x86)\game"
SAVE THAT FILE, same name.
Execute INSTALL_DOW2
A command prompt window will appear, and look something like this:

Once that finishes, copy everything from the loader folder inside the Crack directory to "game".
Open the file "rev.ini" in the game folder, it is a config. The last line of the config is the directory where your steam folder is at, edit it to be so. Don't forget the steamcleint.dll at the end. Mine reads
SteamClientDll=C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamclient.dll
