I cannot believe so many accounts on the tracker haven't even got that.
In the past weeks about 5000 accounts have been warned and a huge majority disabled. And to top it all off I found this reply regarding the new rule, from a member who has been warned. I couldn't help but laugh.

I got the warning and here I'm to scribble a few words.
There are quite a few reasons for the 10gb/month rule to be reversed
1) I'm sure a lot of people have many memberships among other HD trackers. So it's not easy to keep the ratio up with all of them.
2) For example I have a Rapidshare and Megashares account. I download movies from those sites. But Rapidshare has a 10gb/day limit and megashares doesn't always have all the things I want. So when I run out of options I download stuff from HD trackers. But to be honest, HD-bits.ro is a little weak compared to other torrent sites when it comes to variety and up-to-date uploads. So I use this site to download the freeleech packs every once in a while. Now I'll have to download 10gb of stuff I actually don't want (uploading 5gb is hard when you have 90kb/s limit and when there aren't enough leechers)
I simply don't like this rule and hope it will be changed. At least count the freeleech downloads, that counts as a service to the community because I'm helping others' upload ratio and also I'm helping others to download.

He is signed up to many private trackers, has a limited connection, his first choice is megashare and rapidshare, second choice the trackers, then complains how he doesn't like the content of the tracker, but he still signed up 2 months ago and only downloads freeleech torrents.
I mean why?!
