Extract the .exe and open it, then you'll see 'Install'-->choose the path where you want your avi to come. Don't know why it's like this, but it doesn't contain any viruses etc, tested it myself

I know, some linux problem. But the exe doesn't do any harm. You don't need to open it anyay
