damn... do you think this will affect seedboxes hosted in france with OVH or kimsufi?

hmm thats what I'm thinking as well. Though OVH doesn't allow warez anyways. If you keep the stuff private then i think they wont find out.

nope

nor download from (french) home or through an OVH server will get you anything

this law is just to scare people that don't know anything about filesharing, what is dangerous is the LOPPSI
